Beautiful views but disappointing service 🏔️

The views from our room were just stunning, really breathtaking! Plus, the spa treatment was a lekker experience that my wife absolutely loved. And brekkie was a treat, exactly what you want to start the day!

But ja, the service? It was very lackluster, especially at the dinner event. we waited ages for water and the food was pretty shoddy for a posh place.

staying here was a delight as we enjoyed amazing park views and took a lovely stroll to the nearby Les Bains De Villars, just a 600-meter walk away, perfect for relaxing in nature after a day of exploring. The easy access to Vieux Villars made for some picturesque walking paths through quaint streets.

Villars Palace? More like Villars Inferno. My room was excessively hot with NO heating control. Coupled with an outdoor pool that was ice cold, I expected better care for my comfort! It’s baffling how they only offer one restaurant which gets fully booked, yet I’m not gifted a special welcome for my inconveniences. Just couldn’t leave a positive review.
